The 1 1/2 hour session includes a physiological evaluation of fitness needs, max tests and a personalized 2-week exercise prescription. Conducted in person or via video call.
2 Week Program
The program starts and ends with a physiological evaluation of fitness needs, max tests and a personalized 2-week exercise prescription. Sessions are 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours long. They can be conducted in person or via video call at the frequency needed for you!
